Stir FryNoodles


250 gms ham Chicken or pork thinly sliced

100 gms french beans finely chopped or thinly sliced

1 big carrot thinly sliced

2 onions sliced

1 cup greens of spring Onion finely chopped

For the sauce

2 tbsp HP sauce

2 to 3 tbsp chilli sauce

1tsp cinnamon powder

1tsp pepper powder

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

200 gms noodles

taste maker or stock cube

2 tbsp dried basil

5 cloves garlic mashed

1 1/2 inch ginger finely chopped


Add little oil, stir fry the ham for 2 mins. remove and keep aside

Stir fry the French beans and Carrot for a minute, remove and keep aside.

Stir fry the garlic cloves and and finely chopped ginger for a minute, then add the sliced onions and lightly stir fry for. half a minute. Mix in the vegies and ham .

Add the above sauces mentioned, dried basil, cinnamon powder , taste maker and pepper powder.

Toss well.

Add the cooked noodles

lastly add the finely chopped greens of the spring onions.
