Ingredients
100 grams spring onion finely chopped
100 grams red Capsicum sliced then cut sliced pieces into half
60 grams French Bean finely chopped
180 to 200 grams noodles
100 grams pork / Chicken cocktail sausages chop round in shape
1 Green Chili finely chopped
4 garlic cloves finely chopped
5 gms ginger finely 3
Chilli sauce as per taste
1 Tastemakers or beef /chicken/ vegetable stock cube.
Method
Heat up some oil . Stir fry the pork cocktail sausages. Remove and keep aside.
Now add the finely chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies stir fry lightly.
Add in the finely chopped carrots and french beans stir fry on low gas for 1 minute. Add in the taste maker or stock cube and mix well.
Add the sliced red capsicum pieces ,finely chopped spring onions and cocktail sausages.
Toss well. Lastly add in chilli sauce and tomato ketchup as per taste.
Cook the noodles till almost done and drain. Stir fry the noodles separately in little oil. Then mix with the stir fry mix.
Adjust seasoning
