Ingredients
450 gms chicken lollipops approximately 13 pieces
Marinade the lollipops in 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
1/2tsp chilli powder
1/2tsp cinnamon powder
1/2tsp pepper powder
1tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp ketchup
Add 1 tbsp rice flour and mix well
Shallow fry till done
For the gravy
Ingredients
2 medium onions finely chopped
3 spring onions bulbs and greens
Finely chop the greens .keep the bulbs whole
1 tbsp finely chopped ginger and garlic mix
2 green chilli finely chopped
1 Maggie chicken stock cube
And a tbsp of fennel powder
1 stem of celery with leaves finely chopped
Stir fry the finely chopped ginger and garlic and finely chopped green chilli. Add the finely chopped onions and stir fry till translucent. Mix in the fennel powder and finely chopped celery.
Mix and stir fry well . Add enough water at least 2 cups and the stock cube. Mix well letting the stock cube dissolve.
Add
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp ketchup
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tbsp green chilli sauce or according to taste
1/2tsp vinegar
And mix well.
Add 2 tbsp finely chopped green of the sprig onions and the whole bulbs.
Lastly add a small amount of corn flour or maida to a 1/4cup of water mix well and mix it into the prepared gravy.
Stir well.
Add the lollipops into the gravy. Cook for 5 mins.
