Recipe for 700 grams of chicken pieces
Ingredients 1
3 dry kashmiri Chillies
1 tablespoon of coriander seeds
1/2 teaspoon of pepper corn
1/2 tsp of fennel seeds
1/4 tsp Fenugreek seeds
8 cashew nuts
Dry roast the above mentioned ingredients
Lightly brown one sliced onion in a small amount of oil.
Grind all the dry roasted spices, cashew nuts, and the lightly browned sliced onions into a paste, adding just enough water to achieve a smooth paste.
Ingredients 2
700 grams of chicken pieces
Clean and wash well. Marinate the chicken pieces with 1/4 tsp of salt and 1 tsp ginger garlic paste. Keep aside.

4 green chillies ( slit the chillies into half)
6 cloves of garlic finely chopped
1/2 inch ginger finely chopped
2 onions finely sliced
1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
4 Tablespoon clarified butter/ ghee
Method 1
Add a tablespoon of ghee sear the chicken pieces.
Method:
1. Heat ghee in a pot, then add ginger and garlic, sauté lightly.
2. Mix in the sliced onions and sauté until lightly browned.
3. Next, add the ground paste and lightly fry.
4. Add in the chicken pieces, Pour in 200 ml of water, green chilies. Allow to cook on medium flame.
5. Once cooked, season with salt to taste, and give it a stir.
6. Add garam masala powder, stir again, and finally, garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
Enjoy this dish with some parathas or a simple green peas pulao/ pulao
