Honey-Glazed Spicy Chicken Wings

Flavourful, delicious chicken wings tossed in a bold mix of spices and the unique richness of East Indian Bottle Masala.
Ingredients :
For the ground spice mix:
½ tsp peppercorns
½ tsp fennel seeds
½ tsp cumin seeds
6 cloves
1-inch cinnamon stick
1 tsp chilli powder
For the marinade:
750 grams chicken wings
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
Prepared ground spice mix
1 tbsp East Indian Bottle Masala powder
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
For finishing:
Oil for shallow frying
Honey, to taste (for drizzling)
Method:
1. Dry grind the peppercorns, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon stick, and chilli powder to a fine powder. Set aside.
2. In a bowl, mix the chicken wings with ginger garlic paste, salt, the ground spice mix, East Indian Bottle Masala, and apple cider vinegar.
3. Coat the wings well and let them marinate for 20–30 minutes .
4. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the wings in batches until golden brown and fully cooked.
5. Once all the wings are done, return them to the pan. Drizzle honey as per your preference and toss well to coat evenly.
6. Serve hot as a flavourful appetizer or with sweet corn on the side.
