Wheat Nankhaties

Wheat Nankhatai are easy to make and quick too. These cookies are made using wheat flour , clarified butter, sugar and cardamom powder.


2 cups wheat flour

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup ghee (melt the ghee)

¼ tsp cardamom powder

½ tsp baking powder

Mix all the above together and form into balls.

Push in silver beads or Tutti Frutti.

Grease a baking tray

Bake at 170 degrees till lightly browned on the underside.
