Sweet Potato Fry

A light, nutritious, and satisfying sweet potato salad
Ingredients
5 medium size sweet potatoes
¼ cup fresh dill leaves, finely chopped
Salt to taste
Pepper powder as per taste
A touch of chilli powder
Clarified butter (ghee) or oil for frying
Method
Boil or steam the sweet potatoes until tender.
Peel and cut them into round slices.
Lightly brush a pan with ghee or oil.
Fry the sweet potato slices until lightly golden.
Season with salt, pepper powder and a touch of chilli powder.
Sprinkle the chopped dill leaves over the top and toss gently.
Serve warm.
