Spaghetti With Coriander Pesto


100 gms coriander leaves

4 garlic cloves

1 spicy green chilli

1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper corns

10 cashewnuts (powdered)

Grind all the above to paste

Ingredients 2

1 tbsp butter

1 tsp oil

100gms spaghetti


Grind all the above ingredients with little water . Simultaneously Cook the spaghetti in boiling water with little bit of salt and few drops of oil.

Drain out the water and reserve 2 tsp of the cooked spaghetti water

Heat up the pan with the butter and oil.

Add the ground coriander paste with the 2 tbsp reserved spaghetti water. Add salt according to taste.

Cook for 1/2 a minute add the spaghetti and mix well.

Before serving sprinkle in some pizza cheese and microwave till melts.
