Chicken Spaghetti Ole


60 gms celery

500 gms tomatoes

2 green chillies

500 gms chicken breast pieces chopped into small cube pieces

Pepper powder as per taste

Chilli powder as per taste

1 big green capsicum finely chopped

1 1/2 tbsp butter

1 to 1and 1/2 cup process cheese

2 onions medium size finely chopped


peel the tomatoes , finely chop two of the peeled tomatoes and the rest puree.

Marinate the chicken pieces with chilli powder and pepper powder. Add a tsp of ginger garlic paste and a bit of salt. Keep for 15 mins .then shallow fry till done.

Melt butter with little oil in a pan on low heat.

Add the celery ,finely chopped onions and green chillies. Stir fry till onions are translucent.

Add the finely chopped tomatoes and cook till tomatoes are soft and done. Now add the tomato puree and little bit of water. Cook for a minute on low flame . Add the pepper powder , chilli powder according to taste ,allow the tomato gravy to cook. Add the fried chicken pieces and salt according to taste .

Stir fry on low heat. Lastly add the chopped capsicum. Cook for a minute .switch gas off.

Cook the spaghetti (150 gms)according to packet instructions. Approximately 10 to 12 mins on high adding little bit of oil and salt.

Drain . Add the cooked spaghetti to the chicken gravy. Mix well.

In a baking dish. Add this spaghetti mix and top it with the process cheese. Microwave for 2 mins or till cheese melt.
