Russian Salad

A creamy ,Comforting and refreshing Russian salad made with a mix of vegetables, pineapple and rich mayonnaise dressing. A timeless favourite that's easy to prepare and always a crowd pleaser.
Ingredients
2 carrots chop into cubes (Wash and clean the carrots well)
200 grams french beans chop into 1 cm ( wash and pat dry)
4 medium size potatoes chopped into cubes
5 sliced tin pineapple chop into 1 cm piece
Salt and pepper to taste
1 and 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Parsley or fresh coriander leaves
3 boiled eggs, cut into half
Method :
Boil the veggies , strain and keep them cool. Once cool mix the vegetables with the pineapple. Add salt and pepper according to taste. Add the mayonnaise and mix well. Sprinkle in the parsley and add the boiled eggs.
