Pork Cutlets

Cutlets prepared with pork mince and bacon mince , along with spices etc, coated with a mix of ground cornflakes and bread crumbs.

Ingredients 240 gms finely chopped onions 5 Green chillies or according to taste 200 gms bacon mince 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 500 gms Pork mince 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves 1/2 tsp chilli powder or according to taste 1/2 tsp pepper powder 1/2tsp garam masala powder 1/2 cup ground cornflakes 2 bread slices Slightly wet the slices , squeeze out the extra water and crumble it salt to taste 1 egg

Method Heat up little oil, stir fry finely chopped onions till translucent. Add the ground pork mince and finely chopped chillies , salt to taste and ginger garlic paste stir fry well. After 2 mins till no moisture is left Allow to cool Add the powdered spices like chilli powder pepper powder,garam masala powder, if required salt to taste Mix well and grind. Mix the ground pork mince, crumble bread slices ,finely chopped Coriander leaves with the bacon mince , 1 egg and the ground cornflakes mixture Mix well. Refrigerate for 30 mins. Form into round shape cutlets and shallow fry. For the sauce Mayonnaise, mustard sauce, ketchup and chilli sauce Lettuce, onion rings , tomatoes rings, jalapenos
