Mince in Vindaloo masala served with stuffed fried brinjals and pulav
Ingredients 500 gms chicken mince
Ingredients 2 for the masala 6 Kashmiri chilies deseed 1 onion sliced 6 garlic cloves 1tsp cumin seeds 1/4 cup vinegar
Grind the above ingredients 2 with some amount of water to a fine paste.
Ingredients 3 2 onion finely chopped salt to taste
Method Heat up some oil. Stir fry the finely chopped onions lightly for a minute, add the mince and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add the vindaloo masala and some amount of water. Add salt to taste. Allow to come to a boil , lower the flame to medium . Cook till done.
