Keema Curry {Mince} With Curry Pasta

Today went for something different than the usual Pasta . Made a Curry Pasta with just some basic spices and ingredients available at home.


This curry Pasta can be had by itself or served with a good Mince Curry


So here is a Recipe for Curry Pasta and Keema Curry



For the curry pasta

Ingredients

150 gms pasta

Boil ,cook till done


200 ml coconut milk

1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves

4 green chilies or according to taste

1/2 tsp coarsely ground pepper corn or according to taste

1 tsp coriander powder

1/4 tsp cumin powder

1/2 tsp garam masala powder

1 stock cube

1 onion finely chopped

1 medium size tomatoes finely chopped

8 curry leaves finely chopped

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

1 tbsp finely chopped coriander stems


Method

Add 2 tbsp ghee ,once hot add the finely chopped onions, and finely chopped coriander stems and stir fry till lightly translucent.

Add the finely chopped green chilies and tomatoes and cook till soft.

Mix in the finely chopped curry leaves ,stock cube and ginger garlic paste .Stir fry, adding 1/4 cup water. Add the coriander powder, cumin powder, pepper powder and garam masala powder, cook for 1/2 a minute.

Add the cooked pasta and stir fry.

Now lastly add the coconut milk and cook for 2 mins on low flame.

Sprinkle in the finely chopped coriander leaves


For the keema

Ingredients

For the Masala

10 Red kashmiri chilies

1 tbsp coriander seeds

1 /2 tsp cumin seeds

1 tsp pepper corn

1 tsp fennel seeds

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

10 cashew nuts

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

Dry grind the spices then add just enough water and grind to paste.


Ingredients 2

2 onions finely chopped

3 tomatoes finely chopped

1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves

1 kilo mince


Method

Add 3 tbsp ghee ,once hot add the keema and stir fry on high flame.

Once done add the finely chopped onions and stir fry.

Add the ground masala and and 1/2 cup water. Allow to come to a boil. Add the finely chopped tomatoes and cook on medium flame.

Add salt to taste.

Lastly add the finely chopped coriander leaves.
