Mango Ice Cream


500grams non dairy whipping cream

500 grams mango pulp

300 grams condensed milk

1 cup chopped mango pieces

Dissolved few strands of saffron in 25 ml

warm milk

3 tsp milk powder


Whip the cold non dairy whipping cream until it dorms stiff peaks. Add the condensed milk and saffron mixture. And 3 tsp of milk powder. Fold in the mixture well. Add the mango pulp and fold again . Lastly add the mango pieces and fold .

Put this mix in a well sealed box and place in the freezer for 6 to 8 hrs
