Fresh, creamy, and bursting with flavour, this homemade guacamole makes the perfect dip for any gathering.
Ingredients
4 ripe avocados, mashed well
2 medium-sized onions, finely chopped
1 large tomato, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
Salt, to taste
Pepper powder, to taste
1 tbsp lime juice
½ tsp apple cider vinegar
¼ cup coriander leaves, finely chopped
1 tbsp finely chopped jalapeños or green chillies
Method
Cut the avocados in half, remove the seeds, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
Mash the avocados well using a fork, leaving them slightly chunky if preferred.
Add the chopped onions, tomato, minced garlic, coriander leaves, and jalapeños or green chillies.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add the lime juice and apple cider vinegar.
Mix everything together until well combined.
Taste and adjust the seasoning if required.
Serving Suggestion
Serve immediately with tortilla chips, nachos, crackers, or as a topping for tacos, wraps, and sandwiches.
