Flavourful and aromatic blend of spices that adds depth and warmth to countless dishes.



Ingredients:

200 grams cinnamon sticks

60 grams green cardamom

8 pieces black cardamom

20 grams mace

100 grams peppercorns

80 grams fennel seeds

60 grams cloves


Method:

1. Dry roast each spice separately in small batches, ensuring they are roasted evenly.

2. After roasting, allow the spices to cool completely.

3. Grind each spice individually, then sift them well to remove any coarse particles.

4. Once all the spices are ground and sifted, mix them together thoroughly.

5. garam masala is ready, yielding a total of 490 grams.

Store in an airtight container to preserve its freshness.
