- 400 grams of Chinese Kale

- 2 onions, sliced

- 2 tomatoes, sliced

- 3 green chillies, finely chopped

- 6 cloves of garlic, mashed

- 200 grams of potatoes, chopped into cubes

- 100 grams of green peas

- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder

- Salt to taste


1. Lightly sauté the mashed garlic in a pan.

2. Add the sliced onions and salt to taste. Sauté until lightly browned.

3. Add the sliced tomatoes and continue to sauté.

4. Stir in the chopped potatoes and stir-fry for about a minute over medium flame.

5. Add the green peas and continue to stir-fry. Cook for 2 minutes over low flame.

6. Mix in the finely chopped green chillies and stir well.

7. Sprinkle the pepper powder and continue to stir-fry.

8. Add the chopped Chinese kale to the pan. Allow it to cook over low flame, occasionally stirring.

9. Adjust salt if necessary. Cook until the vegetables are done to your liking.
