Cabbage andMethi Bhaji With Chapatis


Simple easy quick stir fry of cabbage and fresh fenugreek leaves with minimal spice.





Ingredients


3 onions finely chopped


6 cloves garlic finely chopped


2 green chillies finely chopped


120 gms methi leaves ( clean and wash well) / fresh fenugreek leaves


500 gms cabbage finely sliced


2 tomatoes finely chopped



Spice powder


1/4 tsp chilli powder


1 tsp coriander powder


1/2 tsp garam masala powder


1/2 tsp turmeric powder


Salt to taste



Method


Add oil and saute the onions till lightly translucent . Add the tomatoes and green chillies and stir fry. Cook till tomatoes turn soft. Add salt to taste, the sliced cabbage and stir fry. Allow to cook. Add the spice powders and mix well. Add the methi leaves and mix well. Add salt if required.
