Added 1 raw mango instead of tamarind . Fish curry served with Rice and fried fish .
Ingredients
8 or 10 Kashmiri chilies
(Mild flavour 8/spicy flavour 10)
1 tsp cumin
8 cloves garlic
Small amount of tamarind or 1 raw mango.
Peel the skin of the raw mango ,chop and use the seed too.

1 /4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
Grind the above to a paste (masala)
Method
Stir fry 2 sliced onions of medium size till lightly brown. Add the ground masala with some amount of water. Cook for 2 mins . Add the Rawas slices or only head pieces . Cook till done.
For Fish Fry
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
Little bit of turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Lemon juice or vinegar
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
Mix all together . Add this paste to the fish slices. Dust in a mixture of rice flour and little semolina or only semolina. Shallow fry.
