Puffed Rice Chikki, Museli Chikki and Peanut Chikki . Chikki is a traditional Indian sweet made from nuts , jaggery etc. Chikki is also known as brittles.
Puffed Rice chikki
200 gms jaggery
 100 gms (kurmura ) Puffed Rice
1 tbsp ghee
1/4 cup water
Peanut Chikki
Ingredients
200 jaggery
200 gms peanuts
1 tbsp ghee
1/4 cup water
Museli Chikki
Ingredients
200 grams jaggery
150 muesli
50 gram tutti fruity and cranberry
1tbsp ghee
1/4 cup water
Method
Add the Jaggery to the non stick pan. On medium flame allow the jaggery to melt , stirring continuously.
Once the jaggery melts, add a tbsp ghee , keep stirring, now add 1/4 cup water and stir continuously .
Take Little water in a bowl. Once u see the jaggery bubbling add a little drop of jaggery to the bowl in which water is kept.
when removed from the water the Jaggery stretches and can form a ball
Now at this stage add the ingredients of your choice
add the kurmura and mix well.
add this kurmura mixture to a grease tray.
use a spatula , brush the spatula with ghee .
press the kurmura mixture well with help of the spatula.
make cuts and keep.
Remove when hardened
Follow the same procedure for the moongfali chikki and museli chikki.
