A simple kheema masala best served with some pao.
Kheema masala Ingredients 500 gms chicken mince Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1 tsp pepper powder
Method Heat up 2 tbsp oil , add the mince and fry for a minute ,add the turmeric powder, salt, ginger garlic paste and pepper powder and stir fry for another 5 mins or till all moisture is evaporated .
Ingredients 2 100 gms pork mince 3 medium size onions finely chopped 3 medium size tomatoes finely chopped 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp chilli powder 1 tsp garam masala powder salt to taste 1tbsp Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp East Indian Bottle Masala
Method Heat up 4 tbsp oil , add finely chopped onions and stir fry till translucent. Add the finely chopped tomatoes and little bit of salt. Stur fry for 1 minute on medium flame. Add 1/2 cup warm water and allow the tomatoes to cook till soft. Once the tomatoes are soft and cooked add the tbsp of ginger garlic paste and stir fry , then add the chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and bottle masala.Stir fry on medium flame. Then add 1 cup warm water, and allow to cook for a minute . Add now the pork mince and stir fry for 1/2 a minute. Mix in the chicken mince a and stir fry well. Cook for another 15 to 20 mins . Add salt if required Lastly add the apple cider vinegar. Cook for 5 more minutes sprinkle with some finely chopped coriander leaves.
