Here I have used three type of mince pork, beef and bacon mince. The pork mince can be replaced with chicken mince and the bacon mince can be replaced with smoked chicken ham which is then minced or ground.
Ingredients
250 gms Pork mince
400 gms Beef mince
100 gms bacon mince
6 green chillies finely chopped
2 medium size onion finely chopped
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp pepper powder
salt to taste
1/2 cup coriander leaves
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
4 slices of bread , grind the 4 slices of bread
and keep aside
1 egg well beaten
1 tsp lemon juice
breadcrumbs for coating
Method
Pulse grind the pork mince and then the beef mince separately. Add the ground Pork mince , Beef mince and the bacon mince to a bowl Mix well and keep aside.
In a pan heat up some oil , add the finely chopped onions and finely chopped green chillies and stir fry till translucent. Allow to cool
Once cooled add the stir fried onion and green chilli mixture to the meat mixture. Mix in the spice powders , salt to taste , Ginger garlic paste, ground bread mix , coriander leaves finely chopped , lemon juice and 1 egg.
Mix all these ingredients well till well incorporated into the meat mixture.
please note : as bacon mince is added , do not add too much salt.
form into round shape and coat with breadcrumbs
Refrigerate for an hour
then shallow fry.
The oil in the pan should be nice and hot, then add the cutlets and switch gas to medium flame , frying well on both sides.
