Banana fritters



Ingredients

5 elaichi i bananas

3 tbsp brown sugar

2 tbsp caster sugar

1 cup wheat flour

1 tsp vanilla essence

1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

a pinch of salt

2 eggs

milk or water



METHOD

Mash the bananas well ,add 2 eggs and whisk together. Add the brown sugar and caster sugar and whisk well . Add the vanilla essence and cinnamon powder. Add the flour , lastly add the milk or water approximately 1 cup to make a thick batter.


Heat up some ghee or butter or oil. Add a tbsp of the batter and shallow fry both sides well
