Stir Fry Cabbage with Corned Meat


320 gms corned buffalo meat tin

500 gms cabbage finely sliced washed well

2 tomatoes finely chopped

2 onions finely chopped

2 capsicum finely sliced

3 to 4 green chillies finely chopped

2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

Salt to taste

1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

1 /2 or 1 tsp pepper powder ( depending on one's taste)


Once the oil is hot add the finely chopped onions and stir fry till lightly brown, add the finely chopped tomatoes and cook till soft . Next add the corned beef and stir fry for a minute on medium flame. Mix in the finely sliced up cabbage, green chillies and keep stir frying on medium flame. Allow to cook for 2 minutes on medium flame, occasionally stir frying. Add the salt to taste, turmeric powder, pepper powder and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Cook for another 5 mins .Lastly add the finely sliced capsicum and cook for 2 mins.

Goes really with bread or chapati or serve with dal and rice.
