A Parsi style mince served with fried potato sticks.
Ingredients 1 500 gms mince
4 Kashmiri chilies 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp pepper corns 1/2 inch cinnamon 1 black cardamom 4 cloves 1/2 tsp fennel Dry roast the above spices. 1 big onion sliced and fried till light brown Then add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Grind the above ingredients to a paste with some amount of water.
Ingredients 2
2 onions finely chopped 2 finely chopped tomatoes 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce 1 tsp apple cider vinegar 2 potatoes sliced into thin sticks
For the potatoes Dust the potato sticks with rice flour , salt and a pinch of chili powder and pepper powder. Deep fry .
Method
Stir fry the onions till brown. Add the finely chopped tomatoes and cook till soft .add in the ground masala with some amount of water and stir fry the masala. Cook for a minute. Now add the mince ,worcestershire sauce and add salt according to taste and mix well.. Allow to cook till done. Lastly add apple cider vinegar. Garnish with the fried potato sticks.
