Pepper Garlic Chicken

Chicken marinated with some garlic , pepper , dry herbs and sauces

Ingredients 1

1 Kilo 600 gms chicken legs


100 gms garlic

1 tbsp pepper powder

1 tbsp dry pasta mix

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp barbeque sauce

1 tbsp tomato ketchup

Salt to taste

Grind the garlic and the pepper together with the pasta mix and sauces add very little water

Marinate the chicken leg pieces with this for an hour

Shallow fry.
