Makki Ki Roti

Makki is maize flour ground from dried maize. A much loved Punjabi flat bread.


For the Makai roti


300 gms Makki atta /maize flour

200 gms plain flour/ maida

salt to taste

2 tbsp oil

water for binding.

Mix both flour together well. Add salt , mix well again. Now add the oil and mix well . Add warm water gradually to form a soft dough .

Roll into round chapati shapes ,roast and brush with ghee.
