Chicken/Mutton Mince can be used
Keema masala with Peas and Potatoes
Ingredients
2 Potatoes , chopped into cubes
and shallow fry the potatoes, Remove and keep aside
100 gms peas
3 onions finely chopped
3 tomatoes finely chopped
6 green chilies finely chopped
2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
50 gms spring onions
600 ml water
Salt to taste
1 tsp apple cider vinegar

500 gms mince
To the same pan where the potatoes were fried Add the mince and fry it for 2 mins on high heat
Remove and keep aside.
Method
In the same pan heat up some more oil if required add the finely chopped onions and stir fry till lightly browned.
Then add the finely chopped green chilies and finely chopped tomatoes and cook till tomatoes are soft , occasionally stirring.
Next add the green peas and stir fry for 1 minute , cooking on medium flame.
Add now the powder spices of cumin, pepper, turmeric, chili powder and garam masala powder.
Stir fry well, then add 400 ml of water and allow to cook covered for 2 mins on medium flame.
Then add the mince and mix well , adding remaining 200 ml of water. Cook for 10 mins, add salt if required and vinegar.
Lastly add the fried potatoes and finely chopped spring onion.
Cook for 2 mins.
