Kebab Tawa Biryani


INGREDIENTS 2 cups basmati. (Cook rice till done drain out the water ) 2 onions sliced 2 tomatoes finely chopped 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1/2 cup mint leaves 1 cup coriander leaves 2 tbsp cashew nuts (powder it) Take the mint , corriander leaves and cashew nut powder add little water and make a paste. 4 kebabs(I used the Turkish kebabs frozen ones. Shallow fried. And cut into bite size pieces after shallow fry) 2 tsp biryani masala ( I used shan biryani masala) 1/2 Tsp chilli powder 1 tbsp curd 2 potatoes chopped into wedges and shallow fried.

METHOD Add 2 tbsp ghee to the pan. Stir fry the onions till brown Add the chopped tomatoes and cook till soft. Now add the ground green paste with little water. Allow to cook for 1/2 minute. Then add the ginger garlic paste, chilli powder and biryani masala. Mix well. Add the kebabs and mix well again. Now add the rice and mix well. Lastly add the FRIED potato wedges and some Correa leaves to garnish
