TATOESINGREDIENTS
6 Drumsticks or chicken pieces (560 gms)
FOR THE MARINADE
1 1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tbsp oregano
1 1/2 inch cinnamon
1 star anise
1/2 tsp all spice
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp brown sugar
Dry grind the spices mix in the ginger garlic paste , worchestire sauce and vinegar well
Add salt according to taste.
Marinate the chicken drumsticks well add a tbsp of oil mix well
Keep for half hour and then shallow fried
FOR THE MASHED POTATOES
3 big potatoes. Boiled and skin peeled
Mash the potatoes
Add to it 2 tbsp melted butter and some cheddar cheese and few finely chopped cloves of garlic. Add to it salt and pepper powder according to taste.
