Fried Chicken In HP Sauce

Marinated the Chicken in Indian spices, adding HP Sauce to it. HP Sauce is a British brown sauce, the main ingredients are tomatoes and tamarind extract, This sauce is easily available in stores and super markets.

Ingredients

For the fried chicken

6 chicken drumsticks

make cuts

marinate with

2 tsp ginger garlic paste

salt

3 tsp HP sauce

1 tsp chilli powder

1 tsp Coriander powder

1 tsp pepper powder

1/2 tsp cumin powder

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp garam masala powder

2 tsp oil

marinate the chicken with this paste for an hour

shallow fry.
