For the Sweet Potato Mash
700 gms Sweet Potato
Boiled and peel off the skin
Mash the sweet potato
4 to 5 green chillies ,make it into a paste
Salt to taste
3 tbsp butter or as per choice
1 tsp coarsely ground pepper
METHOD
Mix the green chilli paste, butter, coarsely ground pepper salt to taste into the warm sweet potato mash.
FOR THE CHICKEN STEAKS
750 GM's Chicken steaks
(Boneless breast fillets)
For the masala
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder
Chicken Stock cube crushed into powder
Salt only if required
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Method
Add the above spice mix powders mentioned along with the ginger garlic paste and stock cube crushed
shallow fry the steaks
FOR THE BRAISED BOK CHOY
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp chilli sauce
1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste
Mix together
Or
Oyster sauce with tomato ketchup
Method
Add a bit of oil and fry the bok choy.
Drizzle the sauce over the bok choy
