Chicken Meatball Curry


MEATBALL CURRY INGREDIENTS For the meatballs 500 gms chicken mince (grind the mince) 2 onions finely chopped 4 green chilli finely chopped Add spice according to taste 1tsp coriander, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp pepper and 1/2 tsp garam masala 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste Salt to taste Stir fry the onions lightly and green chillies Add this to the mince and spices.salt to taste and breadcrumbs. (Breadcrumbs made from 2 toasted bread) Use one beaten egg. Mix well . Form into balls .and shallow fry.

For the masala 5 kashmiri chillies 1 tsp cumin seeds 1/4tsp pepper corns 1/4tsp turmeric 1 javitri flower 1/2 inch cinnamon 2 cardamom 3 cloves 1/4tsp each of sesame and poppy seed 1/4tsp fennel seeds 1tsp ginger garlic paste 1 onion sliced 1/2 cup dessicated coconut And some amount of tamarind Dry roast the above masala Grind all the above to a paste

METHOD Stir fry 2 onions finely chopped till brown. Add the ground masala and some amount of water. Cook on medium flame for 5 mins.add salt to taste . Add in the meatballs and some water if required. Cook for a other 20 mins on low flame.
