Chicken Liver Masala

Chicken Liver Masala Served With A Plain Kujit Curry And Rice

Ingredients 1 300 gms Chicken liver clean and wash well add salt, water , Little bit of turmeric powder and add water . boil till done. cut into pieces

Ingredients 2 4 onions 2 tomatoes 2 green chilies 1/4 tsp tempero kuddi masala ( if u don't have it replace with garam masala powder) 1 tsp chili powder or according to taste 1/2 tsp pepper corn 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves 1/2 tsp lime juice or vinegar Salt to taste.

Method heat up some oil, add finely chopped onions and cook till lightly browned. Mix in the finely chopped tomatoes and green chilies . Add some of the reserved liver stock and cook. Once the tomatoes are soft add in the chili powder, pepper powder and turmeric powder. Stir fry. Add the chicken liver pieces , stir fry. Allow to cook . Add this stage you can add a little of the reserved liver stock ,cooking for a minute. Adjust the seasoning ,salt if required Lastly add in finely chopped coriander leaves , tempero kuddi masala and vinegar or lime juice.
