For lunch Chicken Liver Masala Served with Sweet Corn And Coconut Rice Chicken Liver Masala Ingredients 500 gms Chicken Liver Cleaned and washed well. Add 1/2 tsp chilli powder, 1/4 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, salt to taste and 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste. Add some amount of water and bring to a boil and cook till done. Ingredients 2 3 big size onions finely chopped 3 tomatoes finely chopped 2 to 3 green chillies finely chopped 1/2 tsp Chinese five spice powder 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp Brandy 4 garlic cloves finely chopped 1/2 inch ginger finely chopped 1/2 tsp chilli powder or according to taste 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves Method Add some amount of oil , once hot add the finely chopped garlic, ginger and green chillies, stir fry till lightly browned. Add the finely chopped onions and stir fry till lightly browned. Then add in the finely chopped tomatoes and cook till soft, add some of the stock from the chicken liver. This will help the tomatoes to cook. Once the tomatoes are done add the Chinese five spice powder , tbsp Worcestershire sauce , mix well. Add the chopped up liver and mix well. Next mix in the chilli powder, Worcestershire sauce, brandy and allow to cook for 2 mins on low flame. Next add salt if required. Lastly add the finely chopped coriander leaves.
