Chicken Ham Curried Fried Rice




INGREDIENTS


250 gms ham (pork or chicken)


Chopped into pieces and shallow fried


2 spring onion bulbs and greens


Slice the onion bulbs and finely chop the greens


8 to 10 French beans


Chop fine or diagonally


1 carrot cut into fine sticks or finely chopped


1/4 cup green peas


1/2 tsp finely chopped ginger


5 cloves of garlic mashed


1 green chilli


1 tbsp tomato ketchup


1 tbsp and 1 tsp soy sauce


2 tsp apple cider vinegar


1 tbsp dried basil


CURRY POWDER


1 Tsp coriander powder


1/2 tsp pepper powder


1/2 tsp garam masala powder


1/2 tsp chilli powder or according to taste



1 cup basmati rice


Cooked and drain .



METHOD


Use the same pan u fried the ham. Add oil if needed and stir fry the vegetables till half done on low flame. Remove and keep aside


Add in the finely chopped ginger, green chillies , mashed garlic cloves and stir for 1/2 minute.


Then add the onions and stir fry .Mix in the vegetables and ham and stir fry . Now add the coriander powder,pepper powder,garam masala powder,dried basil and chilli powder.


Mix well on low flame. Add in the soy sauce ,ketchup and apple cider vinegar . Add the rice and mix well .lastly add in the spring onion greens .
