Chicken Ham Curried Fried Rice

INGREDIENTS
250 grams ham (pork or chicken)
Chopped into bite size pieces and shallow fried
2 spring onion bulbs and greens
Slice the onion bulbs and finely chop the greens
8 to 10 French beans
Chop fine or diagonally
1 carrot cut into fine sticks or finely chopped
1/4 cup green peas
1/2 tsp finely chopped ginger
5 cloves of garlic mashed
1 green chilli
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp and 1 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp dried basil
CURRY POWDER
1 Tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder or according to taste
1 cup basmati rice
Cooked and drain .
METHOD
Add oil if needed to the same pan the ham was stir fried and stir fry the vegetables till half done on low flame. Remove and keep aside
Add in the finely chopped ginger, green chillies , mashed garlic cloves and stir fry f for 1/2 minute.
Then add the onions and stir fry .Toss in the vegetables and ham . Now add the coriander powder, pepper powder, garam masala powder ,dried basil leaves and chilli powder.
Mix well on low flame. Add in the soy sauce ,ketchup and apple cider vinegar . Add the rice and mix well . Finally add in the spring onion greens .
