Blue Lagoon

Blue lagoon popular for its vibrant blue colour , achieved using blue Curaçao.

Ingredients:

50 ml Vodka

30 ml Blue Curaçao

120 ml sprite

Lots of Ice

Lemon slice (for garnish)

Line the rim of the glass with salt

Method:

1. Fill a tall glass with lots of ice cubes.

2. Pour the vodka over the ice.

3. Add the blue curaçao.

4. Top up with sprite.

5. Stir gently to combine the ingredients.

6. Garnish with a lemon slice.

7. Serve immediately and enjoy your vibrant Blue Lagoon!
