Biryani Style Pulao With East Indian Bottle Masala And Chicken Curry

The Pulao is an easy cheats way of making a quick biryani, Here I have used the East Indian Bottle Masala for this pulao. For the curry too I have used the same masala powder.




Ingredients 2 cups basmati rice Ingredients 1/2 cup coriander leaves 1/4 cup mint leaves 2 green chillies 1tsp ginger garlic paste grind to paste with 1 0 to 15 cashew nuts

Ingredients 1/2 cup fried onions 3 tbsp curd whisked 2 to 3 tbsp bottle masala 2 tomatoes sliced 1 onion sliced Soup cube

Method Heat up 2 tbsp ghee. Once hot stir fry the onions till lightly browned. Add the tomatoes and and Cook till soft Add in the green paste and fry for half a minute on low flame. Add 2 to 3 tbs bottle masala and mix well. Now add the curd and mix well. Add in the rice and stir fry. Finally add hot water 1/2 inch above the rice and crumbled soup cube Cook till done.



Chicken Curry With Bottle Masala

Ingredients 1.2 kg chicken

Ingredients 2 50 gms coriander leaves 6 to 8 green chillies 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste grind to paste

Ingredients 3 3 onions finely chopped 200 ml coconut milk 2 tbs kasuri methi / dry fenugreek leaves 2 to 3 tbsp East Indian bottle masala


Method Stir fry the onions till lightly browned in oil. add the green masala paste and stir fry for 1/2 a minute, add the bottle masala and some amount of water. Cook for a minute. Add in the chicken pieces and mix well. Add salt to taste. After a minute add the coconut milk and some water if required. Cook till done. Lastly add 2 tbsp kasuri methi.
