Ingredients
200gms ripe soft bananas peeled 250gms plain flour 1 tsp cinnamon powder 1 tsp vanilla essence 2 tsp baking powder 200 gms soft butter 2 eggs 200 gms brown sugar 1 /2 tsp soda bicarbonate
Method
Mash the bananas and keep aside Sift the plain flour cinnamon powder baking powder and soda bicarb
With a hand electric beater cream butter first then add the brown sugar and cream again on normal speed . Add one egg at a time and mix. Add the vanilla essence and mashed bananas and mix again using the electric beater
Add the sifted flour tbsp at a time till all done and mix well Preheat oven to 180 degrees Put the cake batter in cup cake moulds leaving enough gap to rise up. Bake for 25 to 30 mins or till done.
Once cooled
Make a vanilla glaze Using icing sugar ,little milk and dew drops of vanilla essence. Drizzle over the cupcakes and spread a dash of cinnamon powder
