Vindaloo Spice Powder { East Indian }

VINDALOO MASALA POWDER

This masala is good for frying king fish steaks, bombay ducks , frying chicken and for pork chops

INGREDIENTS

200gms red Kashmiri chillies

60 gms cumin

3 inch turmeric

METHOD

Sun dry the chillies,cumin and turmeric for 3 days. The chillies should turn absolutely crisp.

Then remove the stems of the chillies.

Dry roast each ingredient. Cool . Then powder it fine

FOR FISH FRY /CHICKEN FRY /PORK CHOPS

add the VINDALOO powder with ginger garlic paste ,vinegar and salt.
