Steaks marinated with spices and green masala paste. Steaks are served with stir fry veggies.
Ingredients
1 kilo veal steaks pieces
Add turmeric powder, salt , gram flour and vinegar to the steaks. Keep for 15 mins.
wash and pat dry.
Marinate the steak slices with
1tbsp garam masala powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp pepper powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1tbsp ginger garlic paste
salt to taste.
Method
Sear the steak slices on both sides 1/2 minute each side. Once done put all this in a pressure cooker.

200 gms Coriander leaves with stem
25 gms mint leaves
2 onions chopped
4 green chillies or according to taste.
grind all this to a fine paste with little amount of water.
Method
Add this green paste to the seared steak pieces. Add just enough water, salt to taste. Pressure cook it for 10 to 15 mins on medium flame or till done. Remove steak pieces and shallow fry the steaks. Simultaneously reduce the green masala to a sauce by cooking on medium flame.
Serve with stir fry vegetables of your choice and fried potatoes and the reduced green sauce / masala.
