Sprouted Moong Cutlets

Sprouted Moong cutlets with grated carrot , spices and herbs


Ingredients

300 gms sprouted moong

300 gms carrot (Grated)

3 medium size onions finely chopped

2 green chillies finely chopped

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp coriander powder

1/2 tsp chilli powder

1/2 tsp garam masala

1/2 tsp pepper powder

2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

2 tsp rosemary dried

Salt to taste


METHOD


Stir fry the finely chopped onions till translucent. Then add green chillies finely chopped.

Add in turmeric,pepper,coriander , garam masala powder and chilli powder stir fry .

Then add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and stir fry again add in the sprouted moong , 2 tsp rosemary and salt to taste accordingly cook on low flame.


Once cooled . Coarse grind the moong mixture.

Then put this mixture in a bowl/dish.

Mix in the grated carrots and add the finely chopped coriander leaves.

Form into flat round shape or any shape u like.

Dip in a mixture of maida and water.

Roll in cornflake crumbs and shallow fry
