Paneer Chilli And Babycorn And Carrot Stir Fry Noodles

An easy chinese style cottage cheese stir fry served with veggies .


Ingredients

200 grams baby corn chopped diagonally

200 grams carrot chopped diagonally and then into strips

100 grams green Capsicum finely sliced

3 green chillies chopped into julienne

2 stalks of spring onion .finely slice the onions and finely chop the greens

1 1/2 inch ginger julienne

10 cloves of garlic julienne

3 stalks of celery finely chopped

400 grams of noodles

If there is a taste maker in the noodle packet add it


Method


Stir fry fine Juliennes of ginger garlic green chilli till aroma arises then add the celery and stir fry again.

Add the finely sliced onions keeping aside the Green Stalk of the the onion. Then add the babycorn and carrots. stir fry well


Cook for a minute. Add the sauces

3 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp chilli sauce

3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp ketchup

Salt to taste or taste maker

Lastly the finely slice capsicum


Prepare the noodles. Drain out the water.

And then shallow fry the noodles, add the noodles then to the stir fry. Toss well and serve


Paneer chilly

Ingredients

500 gms paneer chocolate into small cubes

5 stalks of spring onions . Slice the onions and finely chop the greens

100 gms capsicum chopped into small cube piece

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

4 tbsp Soya sauce

2 tbsp Ketchup


2to 3 tbsp Chilli sauce or according to taste

8 cloves garlic

4 bedgi chillies

4 stocks of celery


Method

Marinade the chopped cube piece of paneer in soya sauce, green chilli sauce, ketchup and tsp of ginger garlic paste.

Add a tbsp of plain flour and mix well.

Shallow fry the pieces. Once done keep aside.


To the same pan heat up some oil. Add the finely chopped garlic and stir fry till brown. Add celery and the chopped bedgi chillies. Stir fry.

Then add the sliced onions of the spring onions and stir fry. Add the remaining part of the sprig onions and stir fry.


Mix in the soy sauce , ketchup, chilli sauce and vinegar. mix well. Add some amount of water and let it cook for a minute. Then add the green capsicum pieces and mix well

Lasting add the paneer. Cook for 5 mins.
