Green Masala Pulav And Kasuri Methi Masala Fried Chicken



A quick pulav with Coriander and mint paste . Fried Chicken breast with kasuri methi and spices.


INGREDIENTS

For the fried chicken

500 gms boneless chicken breast

Fillet the chicken breast


Marinate with the below mentioned paste

3 tbsp Kasuri methi

20 cashewnuts

grint to a paste with 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and little water.

1 tbsp chilli powder or add according to taste

1 tsp garam masala powder

1tsp brown sugar

1/2 tsp chaat masala


Method

Shallow fry the chicken breast fillets.


For the Green Masala Pulav

ingredients

100 gms Coriander leaves

20 gms mint leaves

1 greeen chilli

grind to paste with very little water


1 tsp ginger garlic paste

1 soup cube

1/2 tsp garam masala powder


2 cups basmati rice


Method

Heat up 1 to 2 tbsp ghee. Add the green paste and cook for 1/2 minute.

Then add the stock cube and the rice . Mix well.

Add warm water just 1/2 inch above the rice.

lastly add the garam masala powder.

Let it come to a boil then lower the gas

cook till done.
