Green Masala Mince Curry
Ingredients 1
100 gms coriander leaves with its stem
5 green chillies
1 onion
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Grind to paste
Ingredients 2
Take 50 gms of fresh Methi leaves (fresh fenugreek leaves) , wash well and puree to a paste.
Spice powder
1 tsp cumin powder
Tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp pepper powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp of cuddi powder (East Indian garam masala powder) recipe mentioned below
Or use any good garam masala powder
Salt to taste
Ingredients
3 onions
3 tomatoes
Salt to taste
1 cup water
1 tsp apple cider vinegar or any other vinegar
Ingredients
1 kilo mutton mince
Method
Add ghee/ clarified butter ,once hot saute the finely chopped onions till lightly brown. Add the mutton mince and stir fry. After 2 mins add the tomatoes and cook covered for 2 mins. Now add the ground green masala and stir fry, allow it to cook for half a minute. Add the spice powders and salt to taste. Cook for a minute , now add the ground methi leave paste and stir fry. Add 1 cup water, salt if required. Cook for at least 25 mins occasionally stirring on medium flame . Lastly add the vinegar and cook for 2 minutes.
