Enjoy the rich aroma and superb flavours of this egg curry infused with the exotic East Indian Bottle masala.
Ingredients
4 Eggs
2 Finely chopped onions
2 finely chopped tomatoes
1 green chili finely chopped
1 tbsp East Indian bottle masala
1 tsp garam masala powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
Few curry leaves
25 gms coconut powder dissolve in 2 cups Lukewarm water
Method
Add some oil, once hot add onions and stir fry till browned.
Then add the finely chopped tomatoes and cook, little bit of salt and stir fry for a minute. Then add 1/4 cup water, ginger garlic paste, green chilli and cook .
Now add the bottle masala, garam masala powder, turmeric and mix well.
Add 1 cup water. Allow to cook for 2 minutes.
Now break each egg one at a time in a small bowl, gently place the eggs into the gravy. Cook on complete low flame .Do not stir at this moment.
Once the eggs are done add gently the coconut milk, adjust seasoning.
