Instead of going for bacon with the chicken mince , added Goan Pork Sausages . Amazing flavour and taste.
Ingredients 500 gms chicken mince 200 gms goan pork sausages (Remove from casing) 3 onions medium size finely chopped 400 gms finely chopped tomatoes 100 gms olives 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves 1 tsp chilli powder 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp pepper powder 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 2 green chilies
Method Add 2 tbsp oil and when hot add the chicken mince and fry. After 1/2 a minute add the goan sausages and mix well on medium flame. Then add the finely chopped onions and stir fry. Add next the finely chopped green chilies and tomatoes and mix well. Cook for 2 mins on medium flame, covered. Add next the chili powder, cumin powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste Mix well and add 400 ml water. Cook for another 20 mins on medium flame stirring occasionally. Lastly add the finely chopped coriander leaves and olives. Cook for another 5 mins. Serve with Bread.
