Chicken Mince Curry {East Indian }

Chicken Mince prepared with East Indian Bottle Masala, chilli powder and other spices.

Goes really well with some Chapatis or bread

Chicken Mince Curry


1 kilo chicken Mince

300gms onions finely chopped

400gms tomatoes finely chopped

40 gms coriander leaves with stem

3 green chillies

50 gms green peas

2 tbsp and 1 tsp Bottle masala

1/2 tsp Garam masala powder

1/2 Turmeric powder

1/2 tsp Pepper powder

1 tsp Chilli powder

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste


Grind the coriander leaves along with its stem and green chillies to a paste.

Add some oil to a vessel, once hot add the finely chopped onions. Cook the onions till transparent. Then add the finely chopped tomatoes, 1/2 tsp salt and cook the tomatoes till soft.

Add then the ground green paste, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, bottle masala, chilli powder, pepper powder and turmeric powder.

Stir fry Well . Add in the mince , salt to taste and stir fry.

Add 1 cup water and green peas.

Cook till the mince and peas are done .

Lastly add the 2 tsp apple cider vinegar, garam masala powder and salt to taste if required.
