A simple Bottle gourd curry with coconut milk and East Indian Bottle Masala.
Ingredients
1 big size bottle gourd
After peeling and chopping 500 gms
1 tbsp East Indian Bottle Masala
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 onions chopped finely
Few curry leaves
1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
200 ml dabur coconut milk
Method
Once oil is hot, saute onions till lightly brown. Add the bottle masala, chilli powder, turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste. Add 1/2 cup water ,cook for 2 mins on low flame. Add the chopped bottle gourd and cook till almost done. Add salt to taste, few curry leaves and coconut milk.
Once done add chopped coriander leaves.
