These are hand breads made with rice flour , very much knowns as rice bhakris.

Ingredients 200gms rice flour 1 cup water Salt to taste Extra water for kneading

Method Heat up the 1 cup water with little bit of salt. Once it comes to boil add the rice flour and the flame to low. Keep mixing till u find like bread crumb mixture. Switch gas off. Cover with lid and keep. Once lukewarm add water little by little to make a soft dough. Make into small balls. And roll out into round shapes like chapatis. This is quicker and easy rather by hand. gentle rolling. Heat up a pan. Roast these apas . Brush with little bit of ghee.
